Sick To My Stomach

I just finished watching some videos from GoVeg.com and was reminded exactly why I do not eat meat anymore. It is so horrible and sad to see the way those poor animals are treated in factory farms. Paul Sorvino Eats at GOBO, NYC?!

Pull-ups

I highly recommend the Total Upper Body Workout Bar by Iron Gym. It’s inexpensive, durable and has a few different pull-up options. I usually use custom thicker grips because the bars are too skinny to get a good hand and forearm workout. To mix it up I also do pull-ups and chin-ups off my door jams - the building is from the 1930’s so it has a thicker frame.

Blossom, NYC - Best Vegan Food Ever!
