Melissa Menard of Crowded Closet and I gripping up at 151 Rivington, NYC.
Got the six bone spurs removed from my right elbow and ulnar nerve repositioned. The four hour surgery hurt like hell but the guys at NYU did a great job.

Been training for the upcoming August arm wrestling tournament Atlantic City, NJ. Pictured is me pulling on garage springs with a rolling thunder grip. Also doing some half-rep hammer curls and isometrics.
Connor Swegle, proprietor of Twenty 120 and Executive Producer of Click 3X Entertainment rocking out my PETA arm wrestling shirt.
I think this kid might be the next arm wrestling champion!
Hunter (pictured above) thought athletes needed meat to be strong, most people think exactly that. After the tournament his mom told me that I inspired him to be a vegetarian. I also received an email from her last week saying that he hasn’t had meat since the competition!
I’m real proud of you Hunter, keep it up! Your doing REALLY great things by not eating meat.
Looks like I am back on the Northeast Board arm wrestling rankings (220-242 lbs). Second to Marcio Barboza both left and right handed. It has been over two years since my name has been on that list.
I just finished watching some videos from GoVeg.com and was reminded exactly why I do not eat meat anymore. It is so horrible and sad to see the way those poor animals are treated in factory farms. The way they get kicked around and stomped on - it is so inhuman and unjust. They have the same feelings and suffer the same pain as any cat or dog. Why can’t people see this? I SERIOUSLY don’t understand how humans can be so cruel.
I am sick to my stomach.

Soy and Sake Village is my FAVORITE vegetarian cafe in the West Village specializing in Japanese, Chinese, and American style dishes. My girlfriend and I eat their EVERY Friday night, we are regulars. All of the food has been perfect (our goal is to try everything on the menu) and inexpensive. Some other dishes include: mockmeat sandwiches, curries, salads, noodles, sushi and my favorite bento boxes. If you are ever in the New York area be sure to stop in for a bite!
