I’ve created a Facebook group called Vegan Strong. It will feature some bad-ass vegans and create a community for like-minded individuals to teach and inspire.

He also is one of the top Professional Arm Wrestlers in the Northeast and currently ranked eighth in the United States in the 242 lb. division. He has won over 40 state tournaments covering the entire country, as well as the a left-handed World Championship in 2006.The goal of this blog is to prove that athletes don't need meat or animal products.
