About Rob Bigwood

Rob Bigwood is a vegan, animal rights activist and an Interactive Designer currently working at Atmosphere BBDO in New York, NY. He also is one of the top Professional Arm Wrestlers in the Northeast and currently ranked eighth in the United States in the 242 lb. division. He has won over 40 state tournaments covering the entire country, as well as the a left-handed World Championship in 2006.

The goal of this blog is to prove that athletes don't need meat or animal products.
